hello (the name) it seemed to me that you get into a bad habits and start eating incorrectly that why I here to give some tips of advice
first you should learn enough to know if the food that you consume is good for your health that's why you should eat low fats and non fats like milk , yoghurt and fresh cheese modernly and you should try your best to eat sparingly the sweets and the salted food because if you eat it may cause many Diseases Like obesity..
