Explications :
Firstly, go down West Street and take the first left on Duke street, go all the way down Duke Street and turn to the right on high street.
The entrance of town hall is right between Union road and St. Goerge's road so you'll probably need to cross the street if you're on the opposite side walk.
If you're going to Town Hall with a car, make sure you go to the parking behind town hall.
Follow the exact same path BUT instead of taking the first on the left, continue your way down West street and after turn to the parking on the right, right after Union Road.
