There were marks on the floor; it was blood. The three of them took / were taking their wands out of their pockets, walked / were walking very carefully and stopped / were stopping when they heard / were hearing an extremely scary noise. Someone screamed / was screaming! They ran / were running as fast as they could and found / were finding someone on the floor... 1
