Once upon a time there was a prince who organized a ball where all the girls from the kingdoms were invited, including Belle. One evening, an old woman came to the castle to ask if she could be accommodated during the storm in exchange for a rose. The refusing prince rejected the old lady but she turned out to be a witch. To punish the prince, the witch wanted to cast a frightening spell on him, but Belle threw himself on him except that she was struck. The prince repelled by Belle's ugliness fled. Belle, still shocked by what had happened, took refuge in the heights of the castle. A year later, Belle was forgotten by everyone except the prince, who finally became aware of these acts because of her loneliness. Thanks to a little courage, the prince ends up going back to the castle. When he returned, he noticed that Belle was watching him from the stairs. She asked him very kindly what had brought him here and if he wanted to join her to eat. During dinner, the prince was very interested in Belle, despite her ugliness, he found her kind and intelligent. One evening, an enchantress came to the castle, saying that she had something to reverse the spell. She ends up giving Belle back her true human form. She and the prince are no longer forgotten by the people and they got married.​
