First of all, the others are really stupid - and that’s too weak a word - to call you names because of your glasses. But you already know that and you are right not to pay attention to their foolishness. The problem is that it affects your school performance, which means that bothers you anyway. Not to mention that you are starting to hate going to school because of that. That is not normal!
So, what I would suggest is the following : maybe, you should change your glasses frame if they are not trendy or just wear lenses. Then, if I were you, I would talk to a teacher you trust. He could advise you or speak in your favour without anyone knowing you talked to him/her. Teachers need to know why your grades are getting worse.
Finally, keep on ignoring the others. They may leave you alone once you wear lenses or a trendy glasses frame.
