This morning my mother came to my bedroom, she saw that my tousers were on a chair, my pyjamas were under my bed, my sweater was on my desk and my shoes were in the middle of the room, she was furious. She told me "Look at yourself! Your hair is dirty, can't you wash regularly? You room is a mess, clean it up! If your clothes are still on the floor and if your furniture are not tidy when I come back you will be punished

Bonjour, je ne suis pas très douée pour les explications mais je vais quand même essayer.
Is (le verbe être) doit être mis devant un singulier. Que ce soit un personne ou un adjectif (Laura is my sister ; She is smaller than me)
Are (Il est me verbe être aussi) mais il doit être mis devant des pluriel (par exemple : They are siblings)
Was et were ont la même fonction,la seule chose qui change est qu'ils sont au passé ( Is = was et Are = Were)
J'espère avoir pu t'aider ! Bonne journée

Bonjour,
This morning my mother came to my bedroom , she saw that my tousers were on a chair, my pyjamas were under my bed, my sweater was on my desk and my shoes were in the middle of the room , she was furious. She told me " Look at yourself ! Your hair is dirty , can't you wash regularly ? Your room is a mess , clean it up ! If your clothes are still on the floor and if your furniture is not tidy when I come back you will be punished.
Explications :
my trousers are = mon pantalon est
my pyjamas are = mon pyjama est
( trousers / pyjamas ... ) sont des mots pluriels en anglais
furniture ( invariable en anglais )= les meubles
a piece of furniture = un meuble
