Hi !
On utilise généralement "who" quand on parle d'une personne et "which" quand il s'agit d'un objet ou d'autre chose.

A vegetarian is someone who doesn't eat meat.
Peter works for a company which makes computers.
Alexander Bell was the man who invented the telephone.
Brian, who painted the house for us, lives next door.
We bought some books which were very interesting.
2.
a. A waitress served us. She was impolite and impatient.
➙ The waitress who served us was impolite and impatient.
b. A bus goes to the airport. It runs every half hour.
➙ The bus which goes to the airport runs every half hour.
c. A building was destroyed in the fire. It was quickly rebuilt.
➙ The building which was destroyed in the fire was quickly rebuilt.
d. Ellen works for a company. This company repairs computers....
➙ Ellen works for a company which repairs computers.
e. We live in a world and this world is changing all the time.
➙ We live in a world which is changing all the time.
