People need to share this movie to a maximum of people, and people also need to comment the movie.
The press also need to speak about it, if in their articles they speak about the reality that the film is showing than it may work.
If the film is becoming really famous, it will fall into the hands of the government that will understant the social emergency.
And then, I think that yes, the governments can change their politics because of famous movies.
