The May 25th of 2020, in Minneapolis (Minnesota, USA), while he's parking his car, George Floyd gets stopped by two policemen because he bought something with counterfeit money, he refuses to take it back, the policemen decide to check his alcohol use level, he's heavily drunk, so they cuffed him and tried to put him in the police car in which he refuses to get into.
George got into a fight with those two policemen, they tackle him and immobilize him on the ground, one of two policemen (Derek Chauvin) put a pressure on George's neck with his knee. George shouted that he couldn't breath for help but the policeman won't stop, he kept doing it, 9 minutes later, the policemen called an ambulance, they tried to reanimate him but he died 1 hour later in the hospital.
