Good morning everyone, as you all should know, men and women should all be equal. It has come to my intention that here in the London HSBC headquarter that male and female are not paid the same, after a bit of research I have concluded that the pay raise for a women is a lot lower that for male workers. The most interesting thing, is that both work for the same job. Throughout our life we have learned to be equal, and this right here shows us that in some way, some people still have the same vision as in the past. It is unnaceptable, for this worldwide company to still have little things like this. We have to change this, we have to make the salary the same for everyone working for the same job. This problem is not only a promlem here, it is a problem that you can find worldwide, and for that we have to do something, fight for it and make a change.
