The cli-fi is a type of book or movie that try to predict what, because of the human activity, could be the consequences. It may talk about hurricane, melting ices, wild fires, volcanos, tsunamis or floods.
We can take as an example the movie "The Road". It deals with a family that is being hunted by a gang looking for food. They try to escape from The Great Colder, a deadly storm of ice. If they do not reach the coast in time, they will die.
The movies and books about climate fiction are made to raise awareness about the problems caused by human.
