Joe Hipius left the city of Syracuse for a 7am flight to new york, on september 11th, in 2001 . Everything was fine, until, a few minutes after the landing of the plane, they saw WTC catching fire. At around 9:30, the second tower got hit by a plane. Tons of families sadly couldn't contact themselves to check if everything was alright.
