Je vais donc remettre ma réponse :
We can see on the picture a group of mens in a suits standing in front of a stage where three mens are standing.
A man in a suit is standing face to the first group of mens and he is talking while gesturing with his right arm. The second one, in a suit too, is sitting behind a desk, and the last man is poorly dressed and seems really sad.
Down the stage, we can see a woman and her children sitting, mens watching the mens on stage and finally a group of people watching and apparently judging another man, also poorly dressed.
We can understand that the mens in suit are rich people. They are here to buy new slaves. The poorly dressed mens are slaves and are sold. We can also understand that the slaves are black people, and that only white people are, in the picture, well dressed and rich.
